• Lead the design process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals.
• Curate and present compelling design proposals that effectively communicate the aesthetic and functional aspects of the project.
• Select materials, furnishings, and color palettes that enhance the overall design while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion within parameters.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality, providing on-site solutions to design challenges that arise.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to infuse fresh ideas and concepts into designs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring open communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including specifications, drawings, and schedules, to guide the project execution.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project needs.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
