Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with 3-8 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair and a passion for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. You will be responsible for transforming client visions into high-quality interior designs, working on a wide range of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
2. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using design software.
3. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Select and specify furniture, materials, finishes, and lighting.
5. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
7. Stay updated with the latest design trends and materials to incorporate innovative ideas into designs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
2. 3-8 years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
3. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
4. Strong communication and project management skills.
5. Knowledge of local regulations and design standards in Dubai/UAE.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
