INTERIOR DESIGNER (ARCHITECT)

· Should have a minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in UAE.

· Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) or related Degree.

· Architects design, plan, and supervise, ensuring a balance of vision and practicality.

· Experience in Material Management and finishes schedule.

· Working with clients to determine requirements for projects.

· Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a project.

· Directing staff in the development of project drawings, studies and budgets.

· Visiting worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans.

· Experience in managing and sourcing interior fitout suppliers.

· Good knowledge of the fitout suppliers & Subcontractors.

· Multitasking and ability to work with more than one project.

· Effective communication skills and technically sound.

· Good knowledge in final finish Joinery details.
