Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts that meet client requirements and project objectives.
2. Prepare detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and Lumion.
3. Utilize rendering tools like Vray and Corona to create high-quality visualizations of design proposals.
4. Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
5. Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
6. Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and adherence to project timelines.
7. Manage the full cycle of interior design projects from initial client meetings to final execution.
8. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
9. Oversee the procurement of materials and furniture, ensuring they align with the design concept and quality standards.
10. Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of the project and ensure compliance with design specifications.
11. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the execution phase, providing solutions that maintain project integrity and client satisfaction.
12. Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and software tools relevant to interior design.
13. Demonstrate proficiency in using design software to create detailed and accurate technical drawings and renderings.
14. Ensure that all design proposals and project executions comply with local regulations and standards in the UAE.
15. Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities for project execution.
16. Work closely with other design professionals, including architects and engineers, to integrate interior design elements seamlessly into the overall project.
17. Collaborate with the internal team to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative design ideas.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Nationality: Filipino and Indian
2. Must be living in Dubai or within UAE
3. Bachelors Degree in Architectural
4. 2 to 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer in the UAE.
5. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Corona Render, 3Ds Max, and Lumion.
6. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of interior design projects.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. Knowledge of UAE regulations and standards related to interior design and construction.
