House Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large household in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a household, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the household, including managing staff schedules and duties, coordinating with vendors, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the home.
2. Plan and oversee household budgets, including tracking expenses, paying bills, and managing contracts.
3. Coordinate with other staff members to plan events and special occasions hosted at the residence.
4. Oversee household inventory and purchases, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked at all times.
5. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
6. Communicate effectively with the employer to ensure their needs and preferences are met.
7. Manage staff performance by providing training, setting expectations, and addressing any issues that arise.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a House Manager or in a similar role.
2. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
3. Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Knowledge of household management best practices.
6. Experience managing budgets and finances is preferred.
7. Must be able to legally work in Abu Dhabi.
