Our client a prominent family based in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced and discreet House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury private residence. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality personal assistant roles or royal/private family experience.
- Manage all aspects of household operations including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and service.
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors, maintenance providers and external parties.
- Coordinate private and social events, liaising with chefs, florists and entertainment.
- Maintain household inventories and manage procurement of supplies.
- Provide PA-level support including travel arrangements, diary management and personal errands.
- Enforce household protocols and confidentiality at all times.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in luxury hotels, royal households or high-net-worth private families preferred.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organised, discreet and capable of managing a multi-staff household.
- Professional demeanour with a hands‑on and proactive approach.
