Job summary
A prominent hospitality group in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee the engineering team and ensure maintenance and safety of hotel equipment. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include supervising daily operations and coordinating with various departments. This is a full-time role requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience or equivalent.
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
- Ability to motivate and train team members.
Responsibilities
- Assign engineering team tasks based on the daily schedule.
- Supervise the engineering team's duties effectively.
- Ensure engineering support for all operational departments.

- Assign the engineering team according to daily work schedule to handle planned maintenance and respond to guest requests and emergency situations.
- Supervise the engineering team in the effective completion of their duties
- Works with other operational departments to ensure that they have all required engineering support to perform their duties.
- Check air conditioning water fire safety systems of the hotel and maintain them according to required standards.
- Close coordinate with all other departments of the hotel to maintain their equipment in day-to-day operation.
- Supervise work of external contractors on behalf of the hotel. Support external inspectors in the execution of their inspections.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good communication and writing skills in Engish
- Literate in the use of Microsoft Office and engineering tools.
