- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and international shipping regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Minimum 3 years' experience.
- Customer handling / service experience.
- Candidates with their own network / connects in the industry will be preferred.
