This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced logistics environment and contribute to the growth of a reputable company.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with customers to maximize profitability.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward targets.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and international shipping regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience.
  • Customer handling / service experience.
  • Candidates with their own network / connects in the industry will be preferred.
