Ontime Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Telesales Representative with a background in aesthetic clinics to join our vibrant sales team. In this position you will leverage your industry expertise to connect with potential clients promote our aesthetic services and drive sales through exceptional customer engagement.

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients seeking aesthetic services such as skin treatments cosmetic procedures and consultations.
• Use your knowledge of aesthetic services to articulate the benefits and answer client inquiries effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Document client interactions and manage leads through our CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and provide insights on customer preferences.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of service quality.
• Stay updated on trends in the aesthetic industry and associated products.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and clients needs.

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative preferably with aesthetic clinic experience.
• Strong understanding of aesthetic services and products.
• Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
• Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
