Job summary
A growing real estate company in Dubai is looking for an energetic Telecaller to join their expanding team. The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to convert inquiries into leads, booking sales appointments, and maintaining customer records. Ideal applicants should have 1–3 years of telesales experience, particularly in real estate, along with fluency in Hindi and English. This position offers opportunities to contribute to the team's success.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in Real Estate.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Prior experience in the UAE market or call center environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
- Book meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and answer queries.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls in the CRM.
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls while meeting targets.
- Deliver a professional customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover.
- Make reminder and confirmation calls.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls while meeting daily and monthly targets.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups.
- Make reminder and confirmation calls for scheduled appointments.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales (Real Estate)
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong customer-handling and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in the UAE market or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English with clear pronunciation and proper grammar.
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated attitude.
