2. Document Quality Assurance — Conduct thorough proofreading of translated and original documents to ensure they are free of errors, inconsistencies, and omissions. Merge and standardize documents from different sources maintaining a consistent format, structure, and tone. Regularly review and update document templates to ensure alignment with the bank's evolving policies and standards.
3. Risk Control and Governance — Ensure all translated materials adhere to regulatory compliance and governance requirements specific to Islamic banking. Implement and uphold quality control measures to maintain the integrity of all internal and external communications.

Build and maintain effective relationships with external translation agencies and freelance translators to ensure high-quality service delivery.
