Job summary

A financial services company based in Dubai is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant to manage and monitor the accounts receivable function. The role involves ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and compliance with relevant UAE regulations. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration and proficiency in SAP or Odoo software. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential to maintain cash flow and minimize bad debts.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred.
  • Professional certifications like CMA, ACCA, CA, or CPA are desirable.
  • Knowledge of UAE taxation and compliance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable function, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain DSO, AR Aging, collection efficiency, and documentation.
  • Monitor customer accounts, follow up on payments, and coordinate with sales.
