We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Hostess to welcome and greet guests at our establishment. The Hostess will be responsible for managing the flow of guests, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient seating system, managing the flow of guests and coordinating seating arrangements.
  
• Assist in managing reservations and maintaining an accurate reservation book.
  
• Provide accurate wait times and updates to guests waiting for a table.
  
• Escort guests to their assigned tables and present menus.
  
• Provide guests with information about daily specials, promotions, and any relevant restaurant information.
  
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate and helpful information.
  
• Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  
• Assist in coordinating with the waitstaff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
  
• Handle guest concerns and complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all guest interactions.
  

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  
• Knowledge of basic restaurant operations and etiquette.
