As a Host / Hostess, you are responsible for:

1. Welcoming guests warmly and providing courteous service at all times.
2. Greeting guests, escorting them to tables, and ensuring they are attended to throughout their visit.
3. Managing outlet reservations, handling the reservation book, and answering phone inquiries professionally.
4. Preparing the outlet before opening hours in coordination with the service team.
5. Collaborating with the team to organize reservations and reserved tables according to the floor plan.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the outlet and entrance area.
7. Ensuring guests' well-being with friendly, discreet contact.
8. Being knowledgeable about menus and current promotions to assist guests effectively.
9. Contributing to the setup of the outlet's database.
10. Ensuring guest satisfaction upon departure.
