Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant or event.
- Seat guests according to seating chart and provide menus.
- Take reservations over the phone and manage seating arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the entrance.
- Communicate effectively with serving staff to ensure smooth service.
