WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST:

• Manage and lead a team of real estate agents to drive business success.
• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Handle paperwork, contracts, and documentation to ensure all transactions are completed smoothly.
• Oversee real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in real estate, offering expert guidance throughout the process.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• A minimum of bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent.
• A deep understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and the UAE, including key trends and customer preferences.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of success.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Confident working in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to manage a team and provide mentorship and support.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, local markets, and best practices.
