About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Representative with expertise in luxury leather goods (wallets, handbags, accessories) and premium fragrances. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for global brands, an understanding of luxury product positioning, and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences across multiple product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell luxury leather products (wallets, handbags, accessories) and high-end perfumes to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized recommendations and luxury service.
- Stay updated on global leather and fragrance brand trends, including new product launches and seasonal collections.
- Conduct product demonstrations that showcase the craftsmanship of leather goods and the uniqueness of premium fragrances.
- Utilize modern sales technologies such as CRM platforms and digital sales tools to track leads, monitor performance, and enhance customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand-specific promotions, store activations, and events.
- Ensure that the store's visual presentation aligns with the premium standards of luxury brands.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and follow up to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and contribute to strategies for optimizing performance.

- Luxury Brand Experience: Demonstrated success in working with global brands in leather goods and perfumes.
- Customer Engagement: Ability to understand and cater to the needs of luxury shoppers, delivering tailored experiences.
- Product Knowledge: Expertise in leather product craftsmanship and premium fragrance characteristics (e.g., top notes, longevity).
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in luxury retail environments.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM systems, digital tools, and inventory management platforms to optimize sales processes.
- Global Trend Awareness: Familiarity with international brand trends in fashion and fragrances.
- Collaboration: Work with store teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and promotional events.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or related fields is a plus.)
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, particularly in luxury leather goods and/or premium fragrance brands.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital sales tools, CRM platforms, and POS systems.
Languages: Bilingual candidates preferred to support diverse clientele.
