Job Purpose:
Under the day-to-day supervision of Fleet Sales Supervisor, the Sales Representative is responsible for increasing the market share of Tasjeel by achieving the agreed target of fleet accounts and Tasjeel services revenue, while retaining existing accounts and handling fleet customers at designated counters. Responsible for visiting potential companies in the UAE market.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Sales:
Achieve daily/monthly/yearly sales targets and number of fleet accounts/fleet size set by Fleet Sales Supervisor/Account Manager. Visit potential companies in the market and offer Tasjeel services to obtain targeted fleet accounts. Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information. Identify leads and forecast sales from fleet customers. - Customer Service Responsibilities:
Maintain a high standard of customer service at the designated counter and deal with all customers in a professional and cordial manner. Handle all customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Achieve targeted customer satisfaction index score and Mystery shopper score at the sites. Negotiate contracts with prospective clients. Obtain security deposits from new clients. Send and collect monthly invoices and payments. Ensure timely receipt of monthly invoice payments before the due date. Obtain Traffic file exceptional approval as per policy. Reconcile fleet customers' accounts and provide missing support documents. Raise wave or rebate requests with justifications. Prepare and submit sales contracts for new customers. Maintain fleet customer records. Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle. Work closely with operations and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist customers with complaints or inquiries related to services. Track volume commitments by reviewing sales reports and contracts. Evaluate and analyze sales data trends to understand dynamics within the assigned territory. - Site Level:
Collaborate with site management and provide solutions to fleet customers' specific needs. Reconcile fleet employee transactions and corporate credit cards. Ensure that customers leave the counter with all transactions completed and are correctly guided to proceed to other departments. - Business Support:
Support Account Manager & Fleet Sales Supervisor to achieve monthly revenue targets. - Quality Management System:
Ensure Tasjeel QMS compliance at the counter.
Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Business degree or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or customer service field. Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and demonstration skills. Cordial with customers of all nationalities.
