Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in a timely manner. He/She will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks including but not limited to answering telephones, receiving and directing visitors, filing, sorting mail, data entry, scanning documents and ordering supplies. The Office Assistant should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks as well as being a team player.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification along with experience in an office setting. He/She must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and any other language is an added advantage. The candidate should also have experience in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc., ability to multitask efficiently and ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential information.
