• Undertakes and manages allocated CAD production and other technical work tasks to agreed deadlines standards (industry & project) and in accordance with the project plan
• Utilizes drafting design and other applicable software for development of drawings details notes quantities and cost estimates
• Checks all aspects of CAD drawings such as drafting standards
• Coordinates action plans with designers when receiving electronic CAD files used to prepare and make revisions to the drawings
• Prepares design quantities grades elevations maps drawings profiles crosssections details and other design elements as needed
• Imports and exports data between various sources
• Provides knowledge and experience of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to overview and interrogate design and construction drawings

• Involved in resolving design coordination issues with the design teams both internally and externally.
• Responsible for compilation of (or contribution to) the project BIM Plan including input to Quality Assurance and Quality Control of models and drawings and development of Technology Plans.
• Configure and maintain the project Common Data Environment to enable the effective management of engineering design deliverables.
• Responsible for planning project BIM deliverables and managing their effective delivery in accordance with the project plan and BIM Plan.
• Liaises with the client BIMrelated points of contact.
• With support from the project teams provides leadership and ensure quality deliverables for all BIM aspects of the project.
• Informs themselves of the relevant Quality Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Policies Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

• Relevant Bachelors Degree with excellent knowledge of all programming interfaces utilized by the supported CAD software.
• Minimum 5 years experience a similar position with excellent knowledge of Architectural/ Structural and ElectroMechanical Engineering design drawings and details graphic design using AutoCAD and other Engineering Design Softwares and preparing of working drawing for all Engineering disciplines (Architectural Structural Mechanical Electrical and Instrumentation) and working knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information System) & other applicable computer softwares.
• Fully versed in BIM and CAD operation procedures.
• Strong organizational interpersonal and culturally appropriate communication skills.
• Selfmotivated with ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
• Good knowledge of oral and written English.
• UAE Driving License.
