The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist will be responsible to ensure customer orders are fulfilled. The specialist will drive and execute the entire process from order entry, product delivery and invoicing, as well as the monitoring of the warehouse inventory levels.
The Specialist will support the setup of appropriate processes and procedures to support efficient order fulfillment; and will be supporting the setup of our ERP system.
The candidate must have good communication skills and working experience in the field of logistics, warehousing and customer service.
The role will be based in Dubai and the customer base will be mainly in the UAE and other GCC countries.
This role requires a good customer-focused mindset and experience in (plastics) logistics. Candidates should have the following qualifications:
