Logistics Specialist jobs in United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist with hands‑on experience managing vessel operations, port clearances, and logistics coordination within Hamriyah Free Zone / Port. The ideal candidate will handle end‑to‑end logistics for marine shipments, ensure smooth vessel turnaround, and coordinate between port authorities, agents, and internal teams.

Coordinate vessel arrivals, berthing, and departure procedures at Hamriyah Port.

Manage port documentation, including gate passes, berthing applications, and cargo manifests.

Liaise with port authorities, customs, shipping agents, transporters, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Handle import/export documentation (Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.).

Oversee material movement, warehousing, and logistics planning for marine or oil & gas shipments.

Ensure compliance with Hamriyah Free Zone and UAE Customs regulations.

Monitor vessel loading/unloading activities and prepare daily logistics and shipment reports.

Support procurement and logistics teams with cost optimization and vendor management.

Maintain close coordination with operations, finance, and HSSE teams for timely and compliant deliveries.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marine Engineering, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in logistics or vessel operations, preferably within Hamriyah Free Zone or UAE ports.

Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and port regulations.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with government entities and vendors.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).

Ability to work under pressure and meet operational timelines
