Job summary
A leading consumer commerce platform based in Dubai seeks an experienced Logistics Manager to effectively manage their fleet and meet KPIs. Responsibilities include overseeing operations of Fleet Managers, supporting manpower allocations, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in logistics, strong analytical skills, and deep knowledge of logistics metrics. A dynamic and adaptable work ethic is essential. This role is integral to enhancing the operational efficiency of the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics managing a team.
- Proficiency in analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned fleet effectively to meet KPIs.
- Oversee daily operations of Fleet Managers.
- Support manpower allocation across stores.

- Manage the assigned fleet across your cluster (2-3 DS) effectively, meeting the target KPIs
- Oversee Fleet Managers in the daily operations of their respective fleet
- Ensure adherence to SOPs
- Support in manpower allocation across stores
- Address issues and support the team in achieving their best performance - be a mentor
- Crunch numbers and derive insights and recommendations to improve operations
- Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics managing a team
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
- Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
- Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management
- Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
