Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor all logistics operations for construction sites.
• Coordinate material deliveries, supplier schedules, and vehicle movements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials.
• Maintain material tracking (in/out records) and update site teams daily.
• Handle documentation for deliveries, returns, and material transfers.
• Manage manpower movement and site access.
• Manage vehicle entry permits, gate passes, and delivery documentation.
• Plan and control the movement of equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and boom loaders.
• Monitor fuel usage and machinery hours, and report daily to site management.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with company HSE guidelines.
