Charterhouse is working with a leading EPC company based in Sharjah. Our client is looking to hire a Cost Estimator to contribute on the delivery and maintenance of cost estimates reflecting the assessed parameters for a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include the use of methodologies and tools for cost estimates and deriving quantities from design parameters. You will create detailed project cost estimates to include MTOs and construction unit hours for to go costs considering all elements of risk and uncertainty analysis.

The successful candidate should hold a Degree in cost engineering or relevant subject with a minimum of eight years post graduation experience. You should be highly versed in cost estimation principles, techniques and industry standards and have strong knowledge of the TECOP profile to establish appropriate deterministic cost contingency.
