Job summary
A leading contracting organization based in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced cost estimator to prepare accurate cost assessments and develop competitive bids for large-scale civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in estimation software. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential, along with knowledge of UAE regulations. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of market rates, materials and labor costs.
- 10 years of experience in estimation within the construction industry.
- Experience in tendering for large-scale civil and fit-out projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil fit-out and construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications and determine requirements.
- Develop competitive tender submissions and pricing strategies.
