Job summary
A leading airport authority is seeking a Senior Estimator to oversee cost planning and estimating for major projects. This role involves providing expertise on pricing structures and UAE construction market conditions. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in senior estimating roles, a relevant engineering degree, and thorough knowledge of cost systems. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- MRICS certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar senior estimating role.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership on cost planning and estimating submissions.
- Review and reconcile variation cost estimates.
- Finalize project cost estimates and Bills of Quantities.
