Job summary
A leading Dubai-based firm is seeking an Estimator to handle cost planning and quotation breakdowns for exhibition projects. This role involves developing project cost sheets, sourcing suppliers, and negotiating prices. Candidates need a degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and at least 5 years of experience with exhibition stands. Comprehensive knowledge of joinery materials and exhibition standards is essential. This position offers a full-time employment type with a competitive salary up to 13K AED.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with small to large exhibition stands.
- Proven experience in preparing detailed BOQs and cost breakdowns.
- Strong knowledge of Joinery materials and exhibition stand construction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cost planning and detailed breakdown quotations.
- Develop and manage project cost sheets for materials and labor.
- Source and evaluate approved supplier and contractor lists.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing with subcontractors.
