What you will be doing:

• Prepare your own inventory list for your station.
• Ability, knowledge, and skill to fill in for another chef when absent from another station; basic overall knowledge is required.
• Ensure that standard recipes and plating guides are followed at all times in your outlet.
• Provide the Executive Sous Chef with a daily market list for your outlet and control personally all goods received to guarantee quality and quantity.
• Provide the Executive Sous Chef with recipes and costing as per requirement.
• Assist and propose to the Executive Sous Chef & Executive Chef special Food Promotions, Events, and other Food-related activities for your outlet.
• Interact and communicate with Outlet Supervisors on a daily basis, ensuring all food items sent to the Outlets are well explained.
• Control food wastage without compromising on food quality.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a 5* hotel or similar.
• Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
