We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at BABA ROMA FOR CAKES AND BAKERY CO. L.L.C in Dubai.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in North Indian - Mughlai/Punjabi Cuisine and a minimum of 3 years experience as Head Chef in an Indian restaurant in UAE.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to take on a key leadership position within our kitchen team.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff, training chefs and assistants, and overseeing daily operations to ensure consistency and quality of food.
• They will also be accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations, supervising all kitchen areas, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

• To provide a courteous and professional service, ensuring that any guest complaints are promptly rectified and communicated to the Head Chef.
• To train and supervise kitchen staff, schedule and coordinate work to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.
• To assist in menu creation, collaborating with the Head Chef and other culinary team members.
• To maintain accurate records of staff duties and rotas, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.

• A minimum of 3 years experience as Head Chef in an Indian restaurant in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
