Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the organization's culture, products, and target market.
Create and oversee appealing visual displays that guide customers throughout the store, including window displays, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions.
Collaborate with assistant merchandisers to generate, revise, and present design ideas, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Identify key messages and establish a clear vision for the desired outcomes of displays.
Monitor costs and ensure all projects stay within budget, while sourcing elements and liaising with suppliers as needed.
Supervise the production of displays, brief staff on arrangement, and coordinate efforts to promote new product launches and seasonal themes.
Conduct research on lifestyle, demographics, and design trends to inform visual merchandising strategies.
Lead and mentor the visual merchandising team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high standards of execution across all displays.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (preferred) or any relevant Bachelor's degree.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience working in Visual Merchandising in a Retail Pharmacy Setting
Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and space utilization
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with VM in Retail Pharmacy Chain
Interactive floor plans and 3D visualizations (preferred)
Knowledge of space management computer applications (preferred)
