Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi seeks a Logistics Administrator to manage day-to-day logistics activities critical for aerospace manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of logistics experience and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include ensuring inventory accuracy and meeting production demands while complying with industry regulations. This role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to work in various environments, including warehouses and offices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in logistics administration.
- Familiarity with aerospace composite manufacturing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute day-to-day logistics activities.
- Maintain on-time production supply and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

The Logistics Administrator coordinates and executes day‑to‑day inbound, outbound, and internal logistics activities for carbon fiber prepreg and associated materials used in aerospace composite manufacturing. This position is critical to maintaining on‑time production supply, inventory accuracy, and customer/regulatory compliance (Boeing/Airbus program requirements).
- Primarily warehouse/receiving/freezer environment with regular office/ERP tasks.
- Shift or weekend work may be required to meet flight schedules/production demands.
- Ability to lift/move materials within safe limits; compliance with PPE and HSE rules.
