A prominent retail group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Sales Assistant. You will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service within the IKEA market hall area. Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, engaging positively with customers, and achieving sales targets. Overview Of The Role: The Sales Assistant role is crucial in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service within the IKEA market hall area. This position entails maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, engaging positively with customers, and supporting various operational tasks as directed by the shopkeeper. Success in this role will be measured by sales performance, adherence to company policies, and customer feedback. The Sales Assistant must embody IKEA values, work collaboratively with the sales team, and be physically capable of standing and handling stock throughout the day.
