We are currently seeking a Purchase Assistant with 2-4 years of experience in the Gulf job market to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in purchasing and procurement, with specific experience working with aluminium products.

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing aluminium products from suppliers
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and terms
• Maintain accurate records of all purchases and shipments
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Communicate with suppliers regarding any issues or concerns with orders
• Assist in inventory management and forecasting

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in purchasing and procurement, specifically with aluminium products
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to obtain the best possible prices and terms
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Experience with inventory management and forecasting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
