OnTime Group is looking for a DHA Registered Assistant Nurse to join our team for the DOCTOR ON TIME Homecare program. In this vital role, you will assist in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort and safety while promoting overall well-being. Your support will be essential in helping patients maintain their health and independence in the familiar surroundings of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist registered nurses and physicians in delivering patient care within a home environment
• Help in administering medications, treatments, and therapies as directed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient vitals and report any significant changes in their condition
• Provide support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
• Educate patients and families about their care plans and health management
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and observations
• Ensure the home environment is safe and conducive to patient healing

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Nursing License
• Completion of a Nursing Assistant or relevant healthcare training program
• Experience in homecare nursing or a clinical setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a patient's home environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document accurately
• Flexibility to accommodate patient schedules and needs
• Must be willing to start immediately upon selection
