The Role

Job Summary :

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Nurse Assistants to join our healthcare team. As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care, support, and assistance to our registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Provide patient care: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
2. Vital signs and documentation: Take and record patients' vital signs, and document care provided.
3. Support nursing staff: Assist registered nurses with medical procedures, and provide general support as needed.
4. Maintain patient safety: Ensure patients' safety and well-being, and report any concerns or changes to the nursing staff.
5. Collaborate with healthcare team: Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Ideal Profile

1. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent.
2. Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
3. You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
4. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
5. You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
6. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
7. You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
