We are looking for various types of nurses: 1. Charge Nurse, 2. Clinical Nurse 1, 3. Clinical Nurse 2, 4. Patient Care Assistant, 5. Critical Care Nursing Manager. The role’s location may vary depending on availability and client requirement, but will be in the Middle East region.

• BSN/Diploma in Nursing
• 3+ years experience
• Medical License

• Supervise and coordinate the nursing team ensuring efficient patient care.
• Manage patient assignments, staff performance, and patient flow.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards.

• Assess, plan and deliver patient care.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
• Provide emotional support and patient education.

• Assist with daily activities, mobility, and basic clinical tasks.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.

• Oversee care for critically ill patients ensuring rapid interventions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
• Manage staffing resources and ensure high standards of care in critical care units.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex medical conditions to patients and families.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong clinical decision‑making skills and attention to detail.
