We are seeking a visionary Senior Concept Design Architect to drive the creative direction of landmark projects, shaping the future of architectural design. This is a role for an innovative leader who thrives in the early stages of design, developing bold concepts that set the foundation for world-class projects. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to bring creative visions to life, ensuring that designs are not only aesthetically striking but also functional, sustainable, and feasible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the conceptual design phase, shaping unique and visionary architectural ideas.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their aspirations and translate them into powerful design concepts.
• Develop and present architectural visions through hand sketches, 3D models, and high-quality visual renderings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a seamless transition from concept to execution.
• Guide the creation of detailed architectural drawings and models, ensuring design intent is preserved.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable design practices.
• Mentor and inspire junior architects, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Present and articulate design proposals to stakeholders, integrating feedback to refine concepts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in concept design within a leading architectural consultancy or developer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing bold, innovative, and visionary concept designs.
• Experienced working on high-end hospitality and bespoke residential projects.
• Expertise in 3D visualisation, with advanced proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Adobe, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar rendering tools.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, spatial planning, and local UAE authority regulations; however, we will look at exceptional candidates outside of UAE too.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• A passion for pushing boundaries in architectural design.
