Architect Engineer

We are looking for a talented Architectural Engineer to join our team and support the design and execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development: Create innovative architectural designs for buildings and infrastructure projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with local and international building codes.
2. Consultancy Services: Provide expert advice on architectural and design aspects, collaborating with clients to develop solutions that meet their goals and project requirements.
3. Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, 3D models, and design specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
4. Coordination: Work closely with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure designs are fully integrated and coordinated across all building systems.
5. Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities, ensuring that the work is executed according to design specifications and project timelines.
6. Compliance & Regulatory Approvals: Ensure all architectural designs meet UAE building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards. Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
7. Sustainability & Innovation: Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient technologies to create environmentally responsible projects.
8. Material Selection & Specifications: Recommend suitable materials and finishes that align with the design, budget, and durability requirements of the project.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in architectural design and consultancy, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
4. Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, sustainability standards, and construction practices.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with sustainable architecture and LEED certification is a plus.
2. Familiarity with interior design and landscape architecture is an advantage.
3. Professional certification or registration in the UAE or GCC is preferred.
