Enterprise Architect jobs in United Arab Emirates

An urgent opening for Jr. Architect who will be working under the direction and guidance of the Sr. Architect and reporting to him and performing the following duties:

1. Prepare, develop and edit drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the architectural design.
2. Develop representations of design options to be discussed with the wider design team.
3. Personally verify the correctness and absolute accuracy of own work prior to review by the Senior Architect.
4. Report to the Senior Architect on all design issues.
5. Strive to achieve high quality and to meet deadlines efficiently and effectively.
6. Organize own work to achieve set deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Evidence of good design understanding.
2. Evidence of general understanding of space planning and functional adjacencies.
3. Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design intent.
4. Good organizational skills.
5. Ability and will to update knowledge.

Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in UAE.

Education/license or certification:

1. Ability to use 3Ds Max, Auto CAD, Photoshop, Revit (BIM).
2. Practical knowledge of relevant engineering, drafting and project management software.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills, flexible and self-confident.
2. Ability to work in a multi-cultural & collaborative environment.
3. Fluent in English, written and spoken; Arabic will be an advantage.
4. Ability to resolve conflict.
5. Ability to identify and implement change/improvements.

Other Requirements:

1. The successful candidate MUST be already based in the UAE.
2. This is an extremely urgent role so the candidates should be able to start work immediately.
