Job Title: Architect/Interior Designer

Location: Al Turath Engineering Consultants Branch 1 (Ajman)

Job Description:

Al Turath Engineering Consultants is seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our team at the Al Manama branch in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and adhere to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
