With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world) Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice Dubais new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture Structures MEP Landscape Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.

We are seeking a Junior Architect with minimum 5-7 years of experience in design delivery of high-end and innovative hospitality and mixed used projects. The Jr. Architect will be responsible for managing assigned tasks and collaborating with BIM operators coordination quality control of assigned tasks by Lead/Sr. Architect and assisting in successful final delivery within scheduled milestones as per Azizi Developments standards and requirements.

• Manage and complete assigned architectural design tasks (Internal/external) and providing clear feedback and support to the Lead/Sr. Architect and other team members.
• Responsible for complete design development process from schematic to IFC.
• Staying up to date with industry trends.
• Report architectural design tasks progress status reports to lead/Sr. architect.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within scheduled timelines and as per Azizi Developments Standards.
• Assist in the architectural design production delivery with all internal/external disciplines Authority Submissions and marketing packages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like specialists and sub consultants.
• Maintaining a positive attitude working environment and continuous team support.
• Assist in maintaining effective Architectural Design delivery and quality control.
• Working closely with Lead/Sr. Architect to understand the projects design brief and objectives.
• Assist in reviewing technical design packages developed by all in house disciplines and external Sub consultants.
• Report any potential delays to Lead/Sr. architect in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear communication with the Lead/Sr. architect design delivery team to ensure progress and manage expectations.
• Contribute to team development to foster a creative and efficient design delivery environment.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture or a related field.
• Certification in BIM workflows preferred.
• Dubai Municipality Registration preferred.
• Software proficiency in Revit AutoCAD Navisworks Bim360 Adobe Suite and Office Suite is a must.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Architectural design majorly with hospitality projects.
