Technical Lead, Solution Architect

Job Responsibilities

1. Review and Analyze business requirements from the customer
2. Design custom solution to meet customer business objectives
3. Work closely with sales team and project manager to deliver solutions up to customer needs and expectations within defined time and budget
4. Assist pre-sales team for time estimation for the project requirement
5. Review the code and work completed by the developers and engineers
6. Review and improve coding and development standards
7. Ensure smooth execution and development as per agreed project plan
8. Should be able to directly present solution to the customer and actively respond to customer queries on the spot and customize the solution accordingly
9. Prepare relevant documents, diagrams and presentations (BRD, FSD, Architecture Diagram)
10. Ensure early and effective adoption of new tools, technologies and development methodologies

Skills & Experience

5+ Years of Experience in Software and Mobile Apps Development
At least 2+ years of experience as technical lead or solution architect
At least 1 year experience in UAE or GCC will be a plus

Qualification

Bachelors or Masters degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
