Job Summary:
KNInternational is seeking a Landscape Architect to leadand oversee landscape projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in landscape design, project management,and team leadership while integrating sustainable and innovativesolutions. This role requires excellent collaboration skills to work with clients,designers, architects, and engineers to create landscapes that arefunctional, aesthetic, and environmentally responsible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and functional landscape design concepts that align with project objectives and client requirements.
- Prepare and review detailed design drawings , including site analysis, planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation concepts, and construction details.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, urban planners, and other disciplines to ensure cohesive and integrated project solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops , clearly communicating design ideas and progress updates.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify that works align with design intent, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Ensure all design documentation meets quality, accuracy, and technical standards , including material selection and construction methods.
