Senior Site Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architecture and construction on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The Senior Site Architect will collaborate with the design team to develop detailed plans and specifications, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and provide technical expertise throughout the construction process. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of building codes and construction methods are essential for success in this role. The Senior Site Architect will play a key role in delivering high-quality, innovative architectural solutions that exceed client expectations. A minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the architectural design process for assigned projects, ensuring all technical and aesthetic requirements are met.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering, construction, and design elements into the overall site plan.
3. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
4. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess feasibility, site conditions, and regulatory requirements.
5. Develop detailed construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
6. Review and approve architectural plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing progress, timelines, and budgets.
8. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
9. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction.
10. Ensure quality control and quality assurance throughout the design and construction process.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
4. Strong leadership and project management skills.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
