Junior Architect

Contribute in executing design services to any assigned project effectively and efficiently under supervision and guidance of Design Manager and/or Senior/Project Architect.

Contribute in conceiving and developing architectural solutions to meet client requirements, regulations, codes and standards and economy and adequacy for construction.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
2. 0 - 4 years of experience.
3. Excellent communication, writing and computer skills (AutoCad packages, Revit, Microstation and MS Office programs).
4. Excellent command of English.
5. Requires relevant experience in almost all phases of design to all disciplines; i.e. architecture, structure and engineering, including substantial and varied experience involving responsible planning and design of complex projects.
6. Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented architectural problems, determining program objectives and requirements, organizing programs, and developing standards and guidelines for diverse architectural activities.
7. Flexibility in terms of deployable hours and understand the realities of time pressure.
