Your role at Clorox :
Responsible for providing data support & analytic insights to drive sales plans into execution.
In this role, you will :
Sales Reporting and Analytics
- Develops and deploys the weekly volume reports with analytics on drivers, losses and performance against KPIs; Is the first line of knowledge regarding volume opps and risks.
- Develops and deploys monthly reporting summaries – results, drivers and indicated actions; Effectively works across data types to pull together a single source of truth.
- Provides ad hoc data / reports as needed.
Category Sales Planning & Influence
- Supports Trade Marketing Team with category analytics and insights.
- Uses analytic insights to create sell-in stories for innovation, core assortment, ideal shelving, and retail pricing in support of AMPS objectives.
- Works with Business Development Managers to identify insights that support the development of growth opportunities and can effectively communicate the actions to take.
Trade Funding Program Analytics
- Provides promotional & trade spending data tracking, reporting and analysis support for TM team. Executes required tracking including merchandising, promotional performance and contract compliance.
- Leads the development of promotional analytics to set the standards and parameters for the highest ROI events – activation, timing, product.
- Supports the Trade marketing lead and Sales Director in assessing NRM opportunities – trade, promotion, pricing and PPA.
- Develops and deploys spending trackers with indicated actions.
- Serves as the team lead and SME for future implementation of trade funds management systems.
Sales Materials Management
- Responsible for providing required sales materials, documentation and managing tracking in support of direct / indirect sales force. Publishes prices lists, spec sheets, MSDS.
What we look for :
Required : Sales applications are invited from degree educated candidates who possess a minimum of 5+ years sales experience with at least 2 of the 5 focused on data and analytics.
- Experience with data from retailer POS, syndicated (Nielsen), Company sell out and retail audits.
- Data management experience with data reporting solutions like Power BI.
- MS Office sufficiency, with particular proficiency in Excel.
