Job Description:

We are excited to welcome an experienced Real Estate Sales Director who can foster the growth and development of a thriving sales team!

EXPERIENCE:

  1. Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience as a Sales Director for a Real Estate Agency in Dubai.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
  3. Proven track record of selling off-plan and resales in Dubai.
  4. Extensive knowledge of the Dubai Market and off-plan Projects.
  5. Ability to motivate the team.
  6. Driven by results, setting targets and team support.
  7. Excellent communication skills, English (spoken & written) is essential.
  8. Other languages would be an advantage.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for training & managing the Sales Team.
  2. Set monthly targets for yourself & your team and track progress.
  3. Daily calls/meetings with the Sales Team to assist with deals & monitor progress.
  4. Manage, distribute and track leads generated by the company.
  5. Ability to network with your existing clients to generate business.
  6. Lead the way by consistently closing deals (off-plan or resale).
  7. Stay up to date with market trends & industry changes.
  8. Arrange regular meetings with Developers for training in the latest launches.
  9. Work closely with the marketing team to analyse leads & discuss new opportunities.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
  11. Operate at a high level of integrity & honesty.
