We're seeking a Modern Work & Copilot Technology Sales Specialist to drive the technical side of sales for Microsoft Copilot and Power App Applications. In this role, you will be responsible for qualification, solution discovery, demos, proposal creation, and deal closing, showcasing how our innovative solutions meet customer needs more effectively than anyone else. Your expertise will help clients transform their business strategies, leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft technologies to deliver exceptional value and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their business challenges and objectives related to Microsoft Copilot and Power App Applications.
- Design and present tailored solutions that align with client needs, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase Microsoft Copilot and Power App solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on trends, technologies, and competitive landscape related to Microsoft Copilot and Power App Applications to maintain thought leadership.
- Support pre-sales activities by delivering technical expertise and responding to RFPs.
- Consult with clients on Copilot adoption programs, including deployment, skilling, adoption, and advanced use cases using Copilot Studio for different personas and industries.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the Copilot adoption journey and helping them achieve their business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in pre-sales, customer success, or related roles.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Power App Applications.
- Proven ability to design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Power Apps.
- Experience in developing and deploying applications using Power Apps.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Microsoft Copilot and Power App Applications.
- Minimum 3 years working experience with leading AI-driven, cloud-based customer engagement solutions.
- Knowledge of industry-specific challenges in sectors such as retail, financial services, healthcare, or technology.
- Spanish/English language proficiency for LATAM market position.
