In this role, you will coordinate activities to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and safely to both the Client’s and Company’s satisfaction.

As a Coiled Tubing Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

1. Following and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
2. Performing checks of equipment required for coiled tubing jobs to ensure operational readiness.
3. Attending customer sites to provide technical support for on-site installation, periodic maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on Coiled Tubing systems.
4. Providing support, mentoring, supervision, and guidance to the team to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completed.

To be successful in this role you will:

1. Have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or demonstrate equivalent, professional work experience.
2. Have 5+ years of Coiled Tubing experience and product line competencies and training required.
3. ADNOC Onshore approval card is a MUST.
4. Preferred with UAE Driving License.
5. Preferred IADC or IWCF Well Control Level 4.
6. Preferred experience in Middle East.
