In this Back Order & Fill Management Supervisor position;
Job Purpose:
The Back Order & System Fill Supervisor oversees the order fulfilment process, ensuring to achieve and exceed the set target for fill rate consistently and back-order lines are managed efficiently to minimize both lines and aging. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent industry leading fill rate and efficient management of backorder lines, that involves in depth data analysis and cross functional coordination with several teams to achieve the desired results.
