Chief Compliance Officer
We are mandated on a search for a global digital assets exchange in Dubai. The firm is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer to build and establish a best-in-class compliance program in the region, reporting back into the Global General Counsel.
- Develop and establish the firm's compliance program for the UAE.
- Advise on how they should achieve regulatory licenses and approvals in the region.
- Manage day-to-day compliance and financial crime responsibilities.
- Build a framework and team to manage significant growth in the coming years.
- Advise on upcoming regulatory changes across the region.
- 7 - 12+ years of compliance experience, ideally with strong experience within Web3, digital assets, or leading FinTech firm.
- Previous experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or Deputy.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing a compliance program in the space.
Relocation is possible for the right candidate.
