Job description

Ensure adherence to all relevant local and international laws, regulations, and standards.
Ensure compliance with SCA rules, licensing requirements, AML obligations and risk assessment.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain relationships to ensure compliance with current and future regulatory requirements.
Support management of relationship with SCA and other government and/or regulatory bodies.
Coordinate with local and international regulators and market participants.
Offer guidance on compliance-related matters during the development and implementation of business initiatives, ensuring they meet all regulatory and legal requirements.
Review business processes and advising on necessary compliance measures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
Work closely with various business units to integrate compliance considerations into new products and services.
