Job summary
A recruitment agency in Stellenbosch seeks a Senior Software Engineer with over 6 years of experience in software development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java, Maven, and Spring, with knowledge of banking systems and design standards. Responsibilities include designing new applications and developing a bespoke messaging tool for alerts. Qualifications
- 6+ years proven experience in software development, project delivery and implementation.
- Knowledge and understanding of banking systems, standards, governance and testing practices.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design and development of new service-oriented applications (SOA) according to specifications.
- Develop and use a bespoke app messaging tool to assist with messages and alerts.
Skills
Education
- 6+ years proven experience in software development, project delivery and implementation
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Certification in Systems Analysis or Design (ideal)
Experience in the following development languages:
