Position Summary:

As an Accounting Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various accounting functions while working under the guidance of our experienced professionals. This internship is ideal for recent graduates who have excelled in their studies and are looking to start their careers in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
2. Support the accounting team in daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
3. Help with tax preparation and compliance activities.
4. Conduct research and analysis to support various accounting projects.
5. Participate in audits and assist with documentation and data collection.
6. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
7. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

1. Completed a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance with multiple distinctions.
2. Transcripts must be provided to demonstrate academic achievements.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
5. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
