What will you do?This role will be responsible for providing support the design, implementation, coordination and delivery of Organisational (OE) and Talent Management (TM) services and deliverables to Sanlam Corporate. The role is key to enable exceptional employee experience and support talent management practices that provide value to the business. The successful incumbent will form part of the Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Management team and will work closely with the HCBP team, COE Leads and the business. The key accountability will be to support the OE team in delivering key initiatives. The role will support a selected clientele nationally.
